Biography

Scott has over 20 years experience providing accounting and auditing services to clients primarily in transportation, construction, distribution, manufacturing, software and technology, and services. Previously with Ernst & Young, Scott joined the firm in 2004. He has been involved in a variety of attest and advisory roles with entrepreneurial entities and multi-national public corporations including various Sarbanes Oxley internal control consulting engagements.

Scott also established a consulting practice providing implementation services for financial accounting systems, needs assessment, reporting dashboards, and financial analysis models and has served as the chief financial officer of a software development company responsible for financial reporting, venture capital financing, and all stages of corporate governance and risk management.
