(1/14/2005) - The GriggsGroup moves into their new offices

When Eric Griggs decided to construct a new office building for his CPA firm, he wasn't just thinking about owning a nice bit of property in Ponte Vedra Beach. He was also thinking about other professional businesses that would complement his own. (6/7/2004) - The GriggsGroup adds another CPA practice

The GriggsGroup CPAs has expanded by absorbing the accounting firm of Criss & Associates. The resulting firm is expected to be the eighth-largest accounting firm in Northeast Florida. The GriggsGroup will now have more than 30 employees and has begun construction on its nearly 16,000-square-foot company headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach. (Full Story)

(4/7/2004) - Construction under way on The GriggsGroup new headquarters

Workers began construction today on a building for The GriggsGroup, a new accounting firm formed last month that plans to occupy the building by the end of the year. The 16,000-square-foot building on Ponte Vedra Park Drive will bear the GriggsGroup name and will also be the home of the local branch of Montoya, Brower & Associates, a financial adviser that currently has offices in Ponte Vedra Beach. (2/25/2004) - Accountants form The GriggsGroup, CPAs

The managing partner in a local accounting firm has left to start his own firm. Eric N. Griggs will be the managing partner in The GriggsGroup CPAs, effective March 1. The other partners are Peter J. Reynolds, Michael A. Schnell and Jeffery C. Walraven, all of whom were senior managers at Ennis, Pellum & Griggs. Griggs said he would be taking clients he developed at Ennis, Pellum & Griggs along to the new firm. (Full Story)
